Please see the step by step guide on how to fill out the required information.  If you do not have a scanner or require assistance filling out the information, please come in on one of the following days to drop off your residency and medical documents:

Wednesday, July 20 from 8 am-12 pm

Tuesday, July 26 from 2 pm -7 pm

Wednesday, July 27 from 8 am-12 pm

School District 206 requires proof of legal residency in order to attend District 206 schools. At the time a student is registered, the parent or guardian will be required to provide proof of residency. Please bring in your current mortgage/lease or rent agreement, 2 current utility bills, and a parent photo ID to satisfy proof of residency.

Proof Residency (1)

  • Signed lease (all parties) and dated within current school year.
  • Mortgage statement.
  • Closing papers (within last 12 months).
  • Property tax bill.
  • Notarized letter from Landlord with rental agreements.

Utility Bills (2) -With Address

  • Auto registration and/or insurance
  • Medical Card

Postmarked or within 30 days of receipts:

  • Business mail received at residence
  • Cable bill
  • Utility bills – gas, electric, water
  • Phone bill
  • Internet bill

Photo ID (of person enrolling student w/address)

  • Driver’s License
  • State ID



Registration for Incoming Freshman and transfer students

Incoming freshmen need the following documentation:

Residency, 8th grade diploma, 2016 physical and immunization record

 

New/transfer students need the following documentation:

Residency, transcripts, letter of good standing, 9th grade or new physical and immunization record.
